Gainsharing information is hard to come by. Here is a chapter I wrote that was originally published in the Handbook of Healthcare Human Resource Management.
  • Pay Equity
I published this technical paper in Compenation and Benefits Review. It compares and contrasts internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Pro-Rating Incentive Plan Payouts
Useful guidelines for pro-rating incentive payouts when actual performance falls between Threshold and Outstanding or above Outstanding (includes sample calculations).
  • The Ten Commandments of Performance Management

I think you have a thorough understanding in this matter. You describe everything in detail here.

NY CPA Firms

Great post! This really is an excellent position, Forensic Accountants are very appreciated in the accounting world! There is a very high demand for those certified as forensic accountants because as long as money exists, fraud and embezzlement will exist too. We need people trained in this specialty to help pin point these situations. Also, if you become certified, your options are endless! Just because you have accountant in your name, you don't necessarily have to work for an accounting firm. There are so many possibilities. Great post, hopefully we find some excellent recruits from your great information.
